Although Helen and I often have quite healthy eating habits, over time our diets tend to become less healthy (biscuits, cakes, coke, and I ate a lot of whipped cream when we were away last week...). When this happens for a prolonged period of time we've been breaking the trend with a 2-3 day restorative grape fast. Day one was quite painful, but by day three my cravings have biscuits and cake have gone.
What willpower!
