Since the beginning of the year we've been practicing regular Chi Kung: a form of exercise, but with no movement! Ideal for practicing in front of the telly. Gary and I were introduced to Chi Kung back in the early 90's and it is something that has stuck as it really does have positive health benefits.

I currently practice Chi Kung for around 45 minutes a day.
It was a week for celebrations, with our 5 year anniversary - I got a wonderful card from Helen with photos of the things we have done over the past 5 years.

Love the card - happy anniversary!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful idea for a card. 5 years already. Oddly it seems a long short time because I can hardly remember when you weren't a couple.
