Yesterday I opened our front door to be confronted with a scene that very much resembled this...
Misty had brought in a live mouse to play with, and as I opened the door it was heading straight for me with the tabby in hot pursuit.
It then shot off under the bureau in the hall and after several minutes of persuasion, Helen and I managed to contain it in a small bin for relocation to the garden.
Misty spent the next 24 hours making regular checks under the bureau.
This week I also discovered Maru. I could quite happily watch him for hours!
